Return and Refund Policy

We know sh*t happens so we’re here to work with you to rectify any of order discrepancies. 

What’s Ghost Vision's Return / Refund Policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please follow the return & refund process below to proceed with your claim.

If your returned item was a result of a Ghost Vision error or defective product, we are happy to replace the item with no additional cost to you but note, if returned items have been opened or show signs of wear, we will not be responsible for a refund or shipping charges as the item is no longer in good condition. 

Ghost Vision accepts all exchanges within 30 days of original sale with proof of purchase and original packaging. The customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and shipment fees for each delivery attempt.

Exchanges are made within 14 days from when we receive the returned package. The customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and shipment fees for each delivery attempt. 

Refunds are only available for faulty products. If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account for refund posting and then contact your credit card company. We recommend contacting your bank to verify that there are no pending transactions awaiting deposit into your account. If you find that your refund issue is still unresolved please contact admin@ghostvision.com.au

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. 

 

Return & Refund Process
If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that you follow the steps below to start the return process.

Notify us
Please notify us as soon as possible of your intention to return or exchange an item. You can notify us by email: admin@ghostvision.com.au

We will contact you via email if we have any questions or concerns regarding your Return & Refund request.

Ship it back
The following does not apply to the sale of digital products. If you purchased a digital product or service, please proceed to Step 3.

Please ship the item(s) back to Us. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item(s) so make sure you use a reliable shipping company. Ship the item you wish to return to the following address: 8 Burnett Drive, Clarkson WA Australia 6030

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please make sure you ask the shipping company for the proper tracking information when shipping your items.

Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 24 hours of processing your return.

The Boring Stuff
This document governs all returns and exchanges of Ghost Vision (“ghostvision.com.au”) (as defined below). If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please carefully review our Return and Refund Policy. Ghost Vision reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole direction. 

Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy we establish the following definitions:

  • “Products” means all products and services sold at ghostvision.com.au.
  • “Customer” means end user customers that purchase directly from distributors or wholesalers.
  • “Company” (referred to as either "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Ghost Vision, Clarkson WA Australia 6030.
  • “Orders” refers to your requests to purchase a Product from us.
  • “Website” refers to Ghost Vision, accessible at ghostvision.com.au.
  • "You” refers to the individual using our Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such an individual is using the Service, as applicable.
