Shipping

We're just as excited for you to get your hands on your Ghost Vision merch as you are!

All orders will be processed and shipped between Mon-Fri, except in cases where there are national holidays. Be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.

We aim to have orders dispatched within 1-3 business days from purchase. Please allow for a minor dispatch delay on launch days and sale days as we work to pick and pack high order volumes.

While we always aim to deliver by the date shown to you at checkout, we’re unable to 100% guarantee that you will receive the order on the date and time selected. Rest assured, we will keep you updated via email on any changes to your ETA.

Items for delivery outside of Australia may have to be cleared through customs and be subject to duties and taxes levied by the destination country. Ghost Vision does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country. It is your responsibility to contact your local Customs office for more information on charges for your country before purchasing.

Duties and Taxes are non-refundable as they are required for import by the Governmental body of your country and Ghost Vision does not collect or handle these fees.

Upon finalising your order, there will be several options to choose from for domestic (Australia) delivery, only standard delivery is offered for international orders at this stage. 

Australia

We know you’re excited to get your latest Ghost Vision purchase, so we offer you the opportunity to select your preferred method during checkout. We offer two different shipping options within Australia:

• Standard Shipping
• Express Shipping

 

International
The final cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on delivery location and weight. All shipping costs are exclusive of customs duties. Delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only. Shipping time frames are exclusive of Customs processing.
